Operations Manager

Our client, who prides itself in producing bespoke print for some of the country’s most esteemed brands, charities and organisations, is seeking an authoritative figure within the industry, to take on the multi-faceted role of Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the plant, and meeting clients’ needs.
The role of operations manager is a highly diverse role, and will include managing day-to-day activities and introducing lean working practices to the business. We are looking for candidates with substantial and successful experience in managing people and processes to high quality standards in time constrained activities.
It is important we find a strong leader who exudes charisma, and can demonstrate admirable people management skills with the ability to command respect. This role is hands on and would therefore suit some from a SME background.
Your skill set should also include the following:
excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work
good decision-making skills
accuracy and methodology
initiative
numerical and verbal reasoning;
a high level of communication abilities
