We are seeking a talented individual to lead the operational management of our client’s fast growing printing facility. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution and the management of the company’s entire process of print production. This includes the supply chain management for all print production requirements, while managing the flow of information to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers. You will manage the operations team and ownership of the production plan to ensure that the business can maximise capacity and build a platform for continued sales growth.

A large part of operational management involves dealing with people and we see this role hands on. Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organization and planning abilities are therefore essential, along with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have gained their experience in a fast moving print environment and will have an excellent track record in the successful delivery of time critical campaigns.
