A leading printing company is looking to further develop its productivity, and is therefore looking for a diligent Operations Manager to work with senior management on company reform and restructure. Candidates must have Packaging Repro experience
Responsible for increasing the company revenue, the selected candidate must have a strong commercial acumen. You must consistently keep your eye on the ball, monitoring, scheduling and managing daily jobs from quote to production, minimising costs where necessary.
You will be a confident leader, and an admirable mentor, managing a team of prepress and production personnel and the day to day running of the department.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised and systematic, managing after sales warranty claims and internal company faults: recording, resolving and reporting all issues. You will also be expected to develop, maintain & enforce company workflow, guidelines & policies.
Candidates must have Packaging Repro experience and have a background in managing people.
