The Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Director will lead operational excellence across multiple sites, driving performance, culture, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-site manufacturing operations across Australia
  • Drive operational strategy aligned with business growth objectives
  • Deliver continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
  • Optimise cost, productivity, and quality performance
  • Lead and develop high-performing leadership teams
  • Oversee capital investment and site development projects
  • Champion safety, compliance, and sustainability initiatives
  • Support commercial strategy through operational capability

The Candidate

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Director or senior operational leader with:

  • Proven leadership across multi-site manufacturing environments
  • Experience within packaging, FMCG, plastics, paper, or printing
  • Strong operational transformation and continuous improvement expertise
  • Commercial acumen and strategic leadership capability
  • Experience leading large teams and complex operations
  • A collaborative, hands-on leadership style
  • Willingness to relocate to Australia
