Interim Printed Folded Carton Operations Director/Consultant

We are currently working with a large print and packaging company based in the North West of England. They are looking to expand their service offering by moving into the Printed Folded Carton market.

The process of establishing a new manufacturing operation within this new sector will require an experienced professional to act as a consultant. Our client seeks someone who has a comprehensive understanding of the plant equipment and staffing requirements for such an operation. Candidates must have the experience to be able to advise on the best choice of machinery and infrastructure for a successful and profitable carton manufacturing operation.

The key component of this role will be the writing of a business plan for this enterprise. Once the business model is proven to be successful, you will take over the running of this company in a permanent role. They are looking for someone whose plan will formulate competitive agility and productivity strategies while aligning resources with mission critical objectives.
