A leading print and packaging company is looking for an experienced Account Manager to be part of its growing client service team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitions organisation which has unique technology at its finger tips, allowing them to create the most captivation solutions for customers all across the world.

This role will be hybrid with 2-3 days based onsite with one of their long-standing globally renowned customers, maintain and strengthening the relationship, ensuring agreed expectations are met and excellent customer service is delivered. You will play a crucial part in ensuring an exceptional experience for the customer, managing projects, and leading teams to deliver successful results against agreed KPI and SLA agreements. You will support this customer to achieve project timelines, efficiently and effectively, collaborating with colleagues internally across the services to ensure needs are met.
