Assists the Team Leader to ensure the targets and objectives are achieved for the shift.
Perform all functions on the assigned press, to ensure targets are achieved.
Minimise any potential delays in the process that would cause delays to agreed schedules and lead to equipment standing time.
Reduce waste to a minimum due to the high cost of raw material.
To perform all technical functions relating to operation and efficient performance on the press.
To ensure maximum potential output and quality is achieved for the shift period, including setup and permanent adjustment of colour.
If designated, take responsibility to pass jobs for quality and must ensure sample/file copies are available to agreed timescales.
To ensure the equipment is maintained to the highest level ensuring optimum performance.
