Do you dream about taking that next step up in your career and becoming the managing director of a well-equipped printer with an excellent reputation in the industry? Well you could be one step closer to making that dream come true. The current Managing Director has plans to take a step back from the business and is looking for someone to eventually take over him with full control of the company.

This rarely available opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a key part in setting the strategy for growth, taking ownership of specific key initiatives to achieve targeted outcomes. You will be numerate and commercially astute, with the gravitas and intellect to add real value to the senior management. We are looking for someone who exhibits a confident ability to manage change, and show a hunger to play a part in the company’s long-term success through the delivery of improvements in working practices.

The role requires an effective man manager who is excited by the thought of reaching company objectives through strong leadership. You must have the ability to command respect from all divisions of the business, supporting and motivating staff to achieve maximum output and profit.

You will use your knowledge of the printing industry and its markets to look at ways to create growth, accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace, and avoid stagnation.

It is important that the successor has a background in sales, with established contact base and the capacity to bring new business to the company.
