Machine Enclosing Operator

One of the UKs largest communication companies has an opening for a Machine Enclosing Operator. This organization prides itself in helping its clients deliver engaging communications to maximize the customer experience.

The purpose of this role is to train to become an operator that can operate & adjust enclosing equipment to an optimum level ensuring that production requirements are being met and improved, whilst ensuring a high level of quality output is maintained throughout.
Accountabilities include:
• Learn how to set and run enclosing machines
• Responsible for loading all hoppers with the correct stock
• Understanding postal solutions and making sure all work is bagged and presented correctly
• Lead by example and ensure that all work produced by yourself is of the standard expected
• Responsible for ensuring that quality and quantity standards are achieved
• Ensure that all quality procedures are adhered to and all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Recognise potential problems quickly and informing the Supervisor or manager immediately.
• Ensure PPE is worn as and when required
• Follow and play an active role in the companies’ 5C plans and standards
• Completely understand the job or task you are doing
• To attend and comply with all training
• Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies.
• To perform any other duties which may be required from time to time
