Luxury Packaging Business Development Manager – Beauty & Cosmetics

A market leading creative and luxury packaging partner for many of the most iconic brands aims to grow into existing and new markets that align with core values, and is looking for a New Business Development Manager to support this. This is an opportunity will offer genuine career progression opportunities for a professional and passionate salesperson with experience in the luxury/branded packaging sector.

The primary focus of the role will be to build and own new, complimentary and sustainable business relationships with beauty and cosmetics brands.

You will be required to fully understand and work within a well-established system, to manage workflow and enable you and your colleagues to deliver outstanding solutions for your clients.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

• Identifying new and profitable luxury packaging revenue streams within the beauty and cosmetics industries, successfully manage your sales pipeline, attend client meetings and manage your clients’ requirements from initial briefing, through development to end result.
• Accurately and professionally develop specifications from client through to supply base, ensuring that colleagues are able to partner with you for ultimate delivery of product.
• Managing your own diary whilst taking into consideration the wider team

Working closely with each customer, our client combines vast industry knowledge, expertise and understanding with their comprehensive in-house services to ensure the final product meets the client’s vision and enhances brand awareness. Your experience will allow you to work on projects of diverse complexity and scope. You will be confident in exercising independent judgement to select a solution for each customer requirement.
