They are looking for someone whose passion lies in the luxury market; someone whose in-depth knowledge allows them to work with clients from start to finish to fully comprehend their needs. You will be backed by an experienced team of luxury packaging experts to bring brands’ creative vision to life.

Supporting the management of a portfolio of customer accounts, you will ensure all customers receive a consistently superior level of service. You will develop a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to ensure requirements are met and they receive the customer service as detailed in their specific Service Level Agreement. We are looking for someone who works with high efficiency and respond to customer and supplier queries in a timely manner. Receiving quote requests from the customer and providing accurate and detailed responses will also be expected to be carried out within the target response time.

You must be on the ball, continuously confirming, monitoring and chasing orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards.

Working with such elite brands will require an Account Manager with a burning desire to provide first class service; who pushes the limits to make the impossible possible.
