Job Title: Litho Printer

We have a great opportunity for a positive team player with a can-do attitude to join a well-established, highly reputable printing company. Ideally, our client is looking to appoint a fully qualified and experienced B1 Litho printer, however they will also consider a B2 printer & offer training.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry and be capable of working on their own initiative, yet communicate effectively and operate as part of a team of 2-3.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- Setting and running B1/B2 Heidelberg presses or similar
- Understanding of colour and quality control with ISO requirements
- Maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of all equipment and work area
- A quality conscious approach to all work undertaken
- Willingness to learn and expand printing knowledge
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment
- The confidence to work using their own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- An eagerness to work as part of a team
The shift times are currently 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

Lead times can often be highly demanding, therefore you must also be able to prioritise tasks and think logically and methodically. You must be able to work well in a team, communicate efficiently with piers and be willing to work in all areas of the print room as and when necessary.
