Large Format Account Manager

With a large recruitment drive, one of the West Midland’s leading large format printers is taking on new staff to expand its team.

Everything from signage, wall coverings, glass manifestation, window graphics, exhibition graphics, displays, vehicle livery, hoardings…you name it, they print it.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a print account manager to work with big-name brands and some of the country’s most influential creative agencies.

Role Responsibilities will include:

1. Responding promptly to inbound customer requests for large graphics, signage and installation projects. Customers come from a variety of sectors, but in this position, most accounts will be print management companies.
2. Talking with customers over the phone to understand and establish their needs. Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
3. Translating customer needs into accurate quotes at competitive margins.
4. Following up on quotes to find out why they didn’t proceed and report back to the sales team.
5. Booking confirmed jobs into production workflow with high attention to detail.

Experience within the large format print sector, and interacting with print management companies, are both a bonus but not required. The most important think is finding someone who can represent the business in a professional manner at all times, with a dedication to the highest level of customer service.
