The strategy will be driven through the value chain addressing relevant functions to support the it. The strategy should allow introductions of innovations or niche products or displace competitive solutions by leveraging the value proposition. Will utilise consumer insights to ensure the platforms and ventures we pursue are meaningful and sustainable and functions well in a matrix organisation to provide direction to the management functions across the global regions.
