Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced account management or sales professional with a strong technical understanding of the printing industry?

Perhaps you’ve built your career within commercial print, packaging print, labels or security printing, progressing from production or technical roles into customer-facing account management. Or maybe you’ve always worked in sales but have developed a reputation for understanding print processes, colour management and ink performance.

We’re looking for someone who can combine technical credibility with outstanding relationship-building skills to manage strategic customer accounts across international markets.

The Role

Working with leading printers and brand owners, you’ll be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, understanding complex customer requirements and delivering technical solutions that add value.

Working closely with technical and production teams, you’ll ensure customers receive the highest levels of service while identifying opportunities to grow existing business and develop new accounts.

About You

You’ll ideally a high level of technical experience within one or more of the following:

  • Commercial print
  • Packaging print
  • Labels
  • Security printing
  • Flexible packaging
  • Printing inks
  • Print consumables

You’ll have:

  • A solid understanding of print processes, ink behaviour and colour management.
  • The ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate confidently with customers, production teams and technical specialists.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing key customer relationships within a print environment.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to understand customer challenges and develop commercially successful solutions.
  • A willingness to travel internationally.
