We are working with an eco-friendly Scottish-based packaging specialist that supplies sustainable solutions to retailers, manufacturers, distributors and growers.

The current ‘war on plastic’ has significantly grown our client’s share in
the market due to the completely compostable and bio-degradable characteristics of their products.

Due to a sustained and exciting period of growth they are looking for a internal sales executive to join their internal sales and customer service team based in their offices in the outskirts of Glasgow.

This position involves dealing with existing customer queries and orders, as well as acting as first point of contact for new sales enquiries. You will deal with customer enquiries and quotations; process customer orders; handle ongoing accounts; develop and build upon existing relationships; and provide first-class customer service. This role will also be responsible for managing sales enquiries; handling and completing some enquiries directly; and liaising with the Business Development Manager for larger-scale opportunities.

This opportunity would suit a confident and personable individual, comfortable communicating at all levels of an organisation. You will be highly organised and used to working at pace, with a solutions-driven mind-set, able to resolve queries and challenges. You will thrive working as part of a small and busy team, and pride yourself on providing excellent customer service at all times. Candidates must have packaging industry experience.
