Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented salesperson to join its team and promote its Hybrid Mail solutions. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital transformation trends and a passion for helping businesses improve their document management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities: Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Manage sales pipeline: Effectively move leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Conduct needs assessments: Analyse clients’ current document management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions: Clearly articulate the value proposition of our client’s Hybrid Mail solutions, tailoring presentations to each client’s specific needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals: Secure profitable contracts while building strong relationships with clients.
  • Account management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Market knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital transformation trends and the benefits of cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of postal regulations and hybrid mail processes is a plus.
