A leading producer of personalised printed products is looking for a passionate and confident Prepress software talent to manage delivery of consistent colour and quality print files to print partners all around the world. The candidate we seek will possess a deep understanding and experience within colour management and the whole chain of activities taking place to transition digital files to physical printed apparel.

You will be responsible for standardising how customer files are processed to secure highest quality in an innovative way at a fast growing and agile company. You’ll be prepared to:

  • Secure focus on making customer files automatically prepared for outstanding quality – raise the bar on what exceptional colour consistency is both across apparel print runs as well as across apparel print machines around the world
  • Work closely with equipment vendors to align on optimal production equipment configuration
  • Work closely with print partners to ensure production equipment is running consistently to documented requirements and production tolerances
  • Identify and promote continuous improvements in quality, consistency and efficiency through automation and scalable solutions
  • Evaluate, benchmark and recommend new software platforms and process improvements in the existing solutions, with the goal of delivering world class colour consistency & quality control
  • Investigate, reproduce and resolve issues connected with daily apparel production workflow across the global print partner network
  • Asses the scale of potential issues, solve or escalate them if required
  • Create and maintain best practice documentation for quality control processes, customer file management, recommendations and requirements related to print quality and colour consistency for the print partners

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant work experience within pre-flight, systematic organisation, program/project management, colour consistency and print production quality control, along with demonstrated experience with Prepress computer programs like Adobe Creative Suite and colour management workflows.
