General Manager

Our client is a long established Leeds Printers who are now at a stage of their company’s growth where the time has come to appoint a General Manager. As, like many SME printers a General Manager has to have a pretty much “hands on management style” we are happy to accept applications from Production and Operations Managers/ Directors but it must be a candidate with at least ten (recent) years experience in Print. A candidate who has a production management track record will be considered as a better candidate than someone who a great sales record for this job.

We are also particularly keen to hear from candidates with Digital Experience as our client is embarking on an expansion into digital print.

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a 10 to 30 employee sized business. Any more than that, and our client would consider you to be unsuitable.
