Are you a reliable, hands-on team player with experience in print or production finishing? We’re looking for a Finishing Operative to join our client’s busy production department at a well-established organisation working with major UK clients.

About the Role
As a Finishing Operative, you will work as part of a skilled production team to ensure all jobs are completed on time, to specification, and to the highest quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Operating a range of finishing equipment (e.g. guillotines, folders, stitchers, binding equipment, enclosing/mailing machines, or similar)
Inspecting work for quality and consistency
Following job specifications, production plans, and safety procedures
Completing basic machine adjustments, setups and routine maintenance
Accurately recording job information and maintaining production workflow
Supporting the wider team with general production duties when required
Full training will be provided on specific equipment as needed.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in print finishing, direct mail finishing, packaging finishing or a similar production role (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable working with machinery and production tools
Quality-focused with high attention to detail
Able to work well as part of a team and meet deadlines
Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
Flexible and willing to learn new equipment or processes
