The Role

You’ll be responsible for operating specialist finishing equipment to produce premium printed products to exact customer specifications.

Full training will be provided where needed — what matters most is strong machine experience, mechanical understanding, and pride in quality.

Key objectives include:

  • Setting up and running finishing machinery to required standards
  • Producing work that meets customer quality expectations and KPIs
  • Maintaining consistent quality throughout production runs
  • Carrying out routine machine maintenance and checks
  • Working safely, cleanly, and efficiently at all times

What We’re Looking For

We’re open to operators from any print or packaging environment, including:

  • Commercial print
  • Carton / folding carton
  • Labels
  • Packaging conversion
  • Die-cutting, hot foil, embossing, stamping or finishing

You’ll likely have:

  • Hands-on experience running industrial production machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • A practical, mechanical mindset
  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn new processes and equipment

Working Pattern

  • Full-time role: 36 hours per week.
  • Night shift for the first couple of months to be trained on equipment, then day shift thereafter
  • Three 12-hour shifts
  • Overtime or additional hours may be required during busy periods
