We are looking for a high calibre Finishing professional to manage the continuous improvement of all operations within our client’s Finishing Department to optimum performance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To meet production targets and schedules as agreed with the planning department
2. Maintain and drive production and workflow
3. To ensure that all machinery is kept in good working order and that defects are rectified
4. Ensure all departmental Quality and Health & Safety procedures are maintained and managed
The successful candidate will be a professional, experienced manager with an extensive knowledge of the print industry, and be well learned of accurate timings for different finishing requirements.
You will need to be an excellent problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude and have an ability to work in a very demanding working environment.
