Field Service Electrician – M4 / M40 Area

Our prestigious Client is a market leading provider of solutions for the printing industry.

Ideal Candidate Location: Based within the M4/M40 area.
– London > Birmingham > Bristol Triangle.

Role reports to Field Service Manager.

Requirements:

Electrical engineering experience in the print industry.
Recognised Engineering qualification: NVQ, City & Guilds or BTEC.

The position has responsibility for installing and supporting the full range of our Client’s Press equipment.

The role will involve working on site with small and large-size companies, for commercial and packaging printers as well as web-to-print.

Responsibilities.

• Responsible for multiple ongoing complex projects.
• From an operational view point, install, configure, demonstrate and train customers and internal staff on the entire Press product range, configuring all solutions to meet our customers’ requirements.
• Liaise technically and advise Marketing, SSG’s, Service and Head Office staff.
• Provide consultative support for sales and advice for customers where requested.
• To investigate and analyse complaints and liaise where necessary with other business units.
