Digital Account Executive

Our client offers bespoke digital print solutions using the most advanced technologies. They currently are on the hunt for a collaborative Account Executive committed to delivering the highest level of customer service. You must be responsive, flexible, and exhibit a strong understanding of client needs.
This role will entail:
• Developing a thorough understanding of your customers’ needs to ensure their requirements are met
• Responding to customers’ and suppliers’ queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Receiving quote requests from the customer and provide accurate and detailed responses
• Confirming, monitoring and progressing chase orders to ensure all work is delivered within schedule, budget and quality standards
• Making arrangements for customers to receive specified reports as and when required
You will also be highly involved in the compilation of client artwork, therefore must have experience with topping and tailing artwork. Knowledge of PitStop will be highly advantageous.
