As their business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Die Cutting Operator to join their production team and contribute to the high standards their clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate die-cutting machinery (Bobst, Iberica, or equivalent)
  • Read and interpret job specifications, layout drawings, and work orders
  • Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
  • Monitor quality throughout the production run, ensuring precision and consistency
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety and company standards

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Die Cutting Operator within the print or packaging industry
  • Familiarity with automatic platen machines (e.g. Bobst, Iberica, Heidelberg)
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
