A well established, award-winning printer which is passionately committed to providing outstanding solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative & Studio Technician to join its team. This role will support the company’s mission by providing accurate and timely estimates to fulfil client briefs. Working closely with clients and Account Managers, the CSR will ensure work is won, whilst optimising the return, and ensure work is accurately produced and deadlines met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all work is completed following specified process and procedures
  • Comply with data security regulations at all times
  • Ensure specifications are clearly understood prior to quoting ‐
  • Liaise with Account Managers and Clients to clarify requirement as necessary
  • Obtain prices from suppliers for outside work to be included in estimates, eg for finishing to obtain the most competitive price
  • Fully utilise estimating and production software
  • Book in jobs for printing, ensuring accurate job instructions
  • Ensure jobs are produced in the most economical way
  • Ensure the job production schedule is adhered to and deadlines are met
  • Liaise with sub contractors and suppliers
  • Respond to customers queries
  • Contribute positively to the effectiveness of the team
  • Maintain close contact with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Contribute to the overall effective and smooth running of the company
  • Carry out other tasks as required by the Customer Services Manager

What we are looking for…

  • Minimum 5 years working in the print industry is essential
  • Providing litho & digital print estimates
  • Experience in industry standard estimating and production control systems essential
  • IT literate and numerate with well‐developed analytical skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of GDPR regulations
