Our client brings together the latest in print innovation and highly skilled staff to offer the most all-encompassing customer service experience possible.

They are looking for a confident, dynamic and self-motivated Client Services Manager to not only nurture customer relationships, but also manage a team of account managers.

This role will ultimately have the customer at the forefront of all decisions made and ensure this is driven consistently through the team’s daily tasks so that the best possible service is received. We are looking for a dynamic manager who is prepared to encourage the team to always perform to the best of their abilities, while also driving to help them improve.

Your team are responsible for the following:

• Working as a team to ensure the customer is always the number one priority in every decision-making process.

• Ensure that they communicate with both customers and suppliers in an efficient and clear manner.

• Ensuring that sales orders are entered onto the system, and delivery dates acknowledged back to the customer are feasible.

• Ensuring that monthly customer account reviews are carried out and amendments are made where required.

• Communicating and working with all areas of the business to ensure control of processes and customer’s expectations are met.

Your experience in a similar role will have given you the strong leadership skills required to handle complex situations, and the capacity to deal with different types of personalities. We are looking for someone to challenge the status quo, bring new ideas to the table, and push through continuous improvement.
