Client Services Manager

One of the industry’s leaders is looking for manager to lead its customer services department. The candidate can have a background in either print or packaging, as long as they have a positive approach towards customer service and a ‘can do’ attitude. Acting as a key point of contact for a large blue chip client base, you must be an approachable professional with excellent communication skills.

To be successful in your application for this pivotal role, you must be a strong leader and an admirable mentor. You must be able to delegate when necessary, but also take on lower level tasks when no subordinates are available to do so.
