Our client has established a diverse client base with over its 40 years of trading. They are currently seeking a proactive Client Services Manager to deliver excellent customer service to an ever expanding range of clients, ensuring they retain their market leading reputation in the supply of high quality litho and digital print.
You will manage relationships with key external stakeholders and will oversee the service delivered to your portfolio of key accounts. You will also work to implement and manage more effective processes for ensuring clients are adequately and consistently serviced. Your focus will always be to work on improving and maintaining the high level of service your clients receive, ensuring client retention and satisfaction. Internally, you will oversee a small but highly focused and busy team, acting as the escalation point for any client concerns.
Key attributes required for this role include:
• Excellent problem solving skills
• People management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• An excellent communication and organiser
• IT literate (good knowledge of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access and Outlook)
All candidates considered will have experience in a Client Services or Account Management role in the printing industry (candidates from any sector of print will be considered).
