Business Development Manager – Litho, Digital & Luxury Print & Packaging

Our client is a highly regarded print and packaging business, recognised for delivering exceptional quality across litho print, digital print and luxury packaging solutions. With a reputation built on innovation, craftsmanship and first-class service, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an ambitious Business Development Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional who already possesses strong industry contacts and can quickly identify and convert new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record within print and packaging sales and be capable of making an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities across litho print, digital print and luxury packaging sectors
• Develop and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify opportunities across a wide range of market sectors
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project delivery
• Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets

Requirements:

• Proven business development experience within print and/or packaging
• Existing customer relationships and transferable business opportunities highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of litho, digital print and luxury packaging solutions
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and able to work autonomously
• Ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate contribution
