We are looking for a seasoned print sales professional to take up this key vacancy in the Midlands.

This vacancy will very much suit a solutions sales person where you sell not just on price. Plenty of variety and support as our client is part of a multi site group.
Main Duties/Responsibilities involved:

1. To achieve the sales and GP target by developing your own new business pipeline
2. Ensure compliance all company initiatives are achieved to timescale. CRM Compliance compulsory,.
3. To ensure as many customer facing meetings take place on a weekly basis …minimum requirement is 12 per month.
4. Retention and Account Reviews – to assist in first two reviews post implementation.
5. Margin Management – accounts are reviewed on a regular basis maximise gross profit while ensuring the customer benefits from alternatives and savings. Business Development Support Team will assist with this function.
6. Monthly reports to be completed.
7. New Business Print Development Managers will be assisted on customer visits by either the Director as deemed appropriate, to support on larger opportunities and ensure best practise.
8. CRM – ownership of CRM for your existing and prospect accounts to ensure sales targets are achieved.
9. Attend bi – monthly Print Forums to discuss results which includes Specialists, New Business and company initiatives to achieve Sales results.
10. Ability to support implementation of new accounts with Implementation Team.

Skill Set
• Proven track record within a Print sales environment with emphasis on relationship selling.
• Ability to work on own initiative and drive success through your existing customer base and new business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use CRM tool would be desirable but not essential as training will be given.
• Excel experience and Marketing Print Specification and Project experience.
