As part of continued growth plans, they are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to manage £2m turnover an develop new business through the sale of Strapping and associated products within the UK.
Key Deliverables:
- Build Market Share of UK strapping sales
- Maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
- Manage the current portfolio of accounts
- Identify opportunities for profitable growth within existing and prospect customers
- Provide regular updates on trading performance and sales plan to the Commercial Director
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Market, Industry, Competitors and Future Forecasts
To be successful in the role, Candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Experience within the UK Packaging Market, it would be beneficial to have a knowledge of the Steel & Polyester hand tool strapping market
- Commercial awareness
- Proficient IT Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to embrace change
- Proactive problem solver
