Assistant to MD

Our client uses the latest in litho, digital and large format printing equipment plus offering a comprehensive range of finishing. They are a company which produces impressive printed products of a superior quality, and are currently seeking someone to help take the reins of the organisation – a great all-rounder who can play a supportive role, assisting in and supervising the daily operations of the business while the MD concentrates on pushing growth.

As the MD’s right hand, you will provide support in all facets of the business, managing and providing direction, guidance and leadership. You will undertake staffing responsibilities – managing staff to support high performance in alignment with the strategic goals, and coordinate the hiring of any additional staff required.

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial acumen, who can assist in the budgeting and monitoring of revenues and expenses on a monthly basis, and who can assist in developing and implementing plans and goals and measure success.

Applicants must have experience managing a team however the client is open minded as to the departmental background of the candidate (i.e. accounts/production/operations). All the client asks for is recent experience with Tharstern MIS, and also with Indigo Print.
