We seek a high calibre Account Manager to actively support and assist in growing our client’s business, to ensure the achievement of budgeted profit in an environment that delivers operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that clients are dealt with in a proactive, professional manner and that their expectations are met and exceeded. To ensure that our client delivers a service in line with our clients’ business objectives creating advantage for our clients wherever possible.
Working in partnership with client contacts you will ensure that the delivery of all services is in line with expectations and contractual obligations
Develop long term sustainable relationships with key decision makers in client organisations
Ensure that our client if fully appraised of new developments within the marketplace.
Responsible for overall financial performance of the service line (s)
Agree budgets track and update all associated service line P&L’s
Carry out reforecast as appropriate
Assist in identifying and delivering opportunities for business growth
Be involved in negotiating business proposals
Assist in responding to tender documents
Postal supplier management and reporting – both internal and external
Personal Attributes:
Strong financial / numeracy skills
Strong analytical skills
The ability to manage and influence external parties
Positive communication and interpersonal skills at a very high level
Strong commercial awareness, ability to plan and negotiate
Dynamic, yet detail-orientated outlook
Self motivated, able to work autonomously
Capable of developing and implementing plans / strategies
