Account Manager – Print Management

Our client, a leading Midlands-based print management company offers customers a fully managed storage and fulfilment facility, operated totally by their own personnel. They are currently seeking an experienced, top of the range Account Manager to be the key point of contact for orders from beginning to end, and to act in the best interest for the client. The emergence of the digital age saw this Print Management company increase their product portfolio further, offering customer’s online ordering solutions, print on demand, creative/marketing print and social media services, therefore an exciting and diverse job for an Account Manager.
The person we seek will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the aim of every client like a VIP in order to foster strong relationships and create repeat business. They must also show an ability to efficiently manage and prioritise tasks, and be capable of managing a heavy workload and work to deadlines. You will be able to deal with problems promptly, fairly and consistently, and be willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.
