Account Manager – Packaging Graphics

One of the leading players in the packaging graphics and brand management sector has an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Account Manager to be based at a prestigious client’s head office. You will be joining its dynamic team of fellow account managers, designers, workflow specialists, colour specialists and printing experts.

This account management role will be responsible for the overseeing of customer service activities relating to the supply of our client’s goods and services to this major blue chip client; upholding and developing the client relationship whilst ensuring consistent quality of work is produced.  For this role you must have an ability to prioritise various tasks, in conjunction with interpersonal and client service skills.

You will have one main goal to focus on: the delivery of customer service based on measurable key performance indicators and quality control. You must demonstrate influencing skills, be able to understand the client and the work it produces and have an ability to lead the client’s decision making. 

It is essential that candidates have a good understanding of reprographics and print or packaging.
