We have the opportunity for an Account Manager to join a passionate team which believes in innovation and collaboration – striving to help businesses deliver highly impactful print campaigns.

You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their print projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll manage day-to-day communications, coordinate production schedules, and work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the production team
  • Manage multiple print projects simultaneously from brief to delivery
  • Prepare estimates, timelines, and status reports
  • Ensure quality control across all printed materials
  • Resolve any production or delivery issues promptly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies in print

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in print production or account management
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with print MIS systems
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
