Our client, a leading print management company, seeks a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to be responsible for daily operational activity including print procurement, DM campaign management; ad-hoc project management; brand compliance; following best practice across all operational processes and procedures. We are looking for someone with a charismatic personality and excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of dealing with all levels of staff.

Summary of Key Activities:

• Management of daily client(s) operational activity

• Brand compliance and quality assurance

• MI and reporting

• Be the point of query for invoicing and reporting queries

Person Specification:

• Prior experience in a similar role, working on a client site and for a print management organisation
• Exceptional print and DM knowledge
• POS knowledge an advantage
• Able to work effectively with computer systems eg Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability work on own initiative with minimum supervision
• Highest level of organisational skills with the ability to deal with conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude
• Flexible with the ability to work well under pressure
• Team player
• Exceptional in problem solving
• Hands-on person who can hit the ground running
