Our client requires a confident and professional Account Manager with strong print production experience and excellent account handling skills.

Exposure to print management is essential as is a personable manner with clients. You will be working closely with warehouses with regards to printed stock items, so an understanding of stock management systems and the functions of a warehouse will be an advantage.

Desired Skills and Experience

– First class technical knowledge of print production is essential. This includes an extensive knowledge of materials, their uses and their limitations.

– Experienced in various production methods, whether it be litho, digital, small and large format, web, dye sublimation, UV printing and more bespoke printing methods.

– Thorough working knowledge of brand management procedures.

– Some knowledge of colour management systems including an understanding of ISO printing standards. The candidate must have the ability or potential to be able to press pass work on behalf of clients.

– The ability to confidently communicate and negotiate with suppliers on a daily basis is essential to the role.

– A sound knowledge of on-line web to print solutions and understand how they operate is also a job requirement as we have several clients that use this system.

– Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise your work and client requirements is a key aspect of the role.

– A thorough understanding of the creative process and possess the ability to develop briefs suited to budget, time constraints and most importantly to understand your clients’ requirement and creative vision.

– Possess hands-on experience of the warehousing process including effective stock management control and pick and pack procedures.
