Account Manager (Leeds/Bradford) – Job Description
Our client offers a comprehensive portfolio of integrated services and solutions. As an award winning supplier of premium products, from design to implementation we provide brand owners and blue chip clients alike the best integrated solutions.
The Role is best suited to an experienced account manager or project manager. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the main printing processes and will have previously worked in a client facing position. A proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients is desirable as is self motivation and the ability to work well under pressure.
The Account Manager will be responsible for:
•The day to day management of all specific projects
•Building a professional working relationship with client contacts and vendors and ultimately ensuring that first class service and products are delivered
•Working with the client to develop new products utilising the company’s design team
•Identifying opportunities for business growth
•Utilising your project management skills to ensure all parties have a good understanding of job/campaign progress and key decision points
•Resolving operational issues
Desired attributes:
•Experience of dealing with suppliers and supply chains
•Good project management skills
•Good understanding of printing techniques/processes used on a variety of substrates
•Sound knowledge of substrates and high end finishing techniques
•Working knowledge of e-procurement tools, MS Office and Outlook
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Good attention to detail
