Our client, a highly successful operator in their sector, is looking to recruit an Account Manager. The
Responsibilities are:-

•Ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved throughout
•Managing client communications in most effective manner
•Ensuring jobs are processed and managed in line with company procedures and meeting clients requirements
•Ensuring all jobs are managed within the agreed timescales, commercials and escalate failures internally
•Develops relationships with the allocated clients
•Daily order processing of clients requirements and job tracking
•Engages with the appropriate Managers to communicate requirements and escalate potential failures
•Maintains strong relationships with client, internal managers and staff
•Understands client’s needs and any contractual agreements
•Understands the full service proposition and is able to articulate it to the client
•Recognises the opportunity to increase revenue or maximise profit

Operational and process:
• Ability to train on existing processes & suggests improvements to streamline and increase effectiveness
• Ensures all work complies with clients standards and manages expectations of finished work
• Attends regular internal production meetings
• Resolves issues, escalates to managers where appropriate including any contract risks identified
• Is flexible in their approach to workload and task allocation to ensure client demands are met
Snap-shot of daily tasks / operational requirements:
• Taking briefs/orders from clients
• Agreeing delivery schedules with client
• Liaising with the client with any deviations to schedules
• Liaising with production heads to agree schedules
• Booking jobs onto the system
• Managing delivery dates on jobs
• Managing proof dates on jobs
• Attends daily production meetings
• Briefing work into the Studio
• Checking proofs before submitting to client that brief has been interpreted correctly (not proof reading)
• Taking corrections from clients and liaising with studio / re-proof process
• Capturing extra costs on jobs in connection with Studio corrections / change of specification
• Liaising with commercial department for quotes
• Sending quotes to clients
• Following up quotes with clients and gaining feedback
• Viewing file copies of final production
• Running back order reports to support stock management processes
• Final check of jobs before invoicing / ensuring all extra charges added
