Have a sound experience knowledge of Print especially Direct Mail and POS
Ensure all orders received into the Customer Service Department are dealt with promptly in line with agreed department targets and timescales.
To work to tight deadlines with excellent communication skills
Take ownership of own daily tasks making sure all orders and queries are cleared and resolved wherever possible at the end of each day
To build effective relationships with customers in order to enhance service to the customer and exceed customer expectations
To identify potential service issues, proactively contacting the customer to clarify and resolve the problem, offering alternative products or service levels when appropriate
Book in deliveries and providing both written and verbal quotations
Manage daily reports
Be able to use automated information systems to analyse the customer’s requirements
Personal Attributes:
A genuine interest in working with and helping internal and external customers
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with other team members
Work accurately and with an eye for detail
