This highly successful digital print company seeks an experienced Account Executive. The ideal candidate will have several years experience in a similar role and technical knowledge of the printing process.

Job Purpose
• Provide general administrative support and expediting services to the Commercial office.
Key Responsibilities
• Expedite purchase orders and associated paperwork ensuring data accuracy in their completion and tracking progress through to final invoicing
• Coordinate and administer responses to customer complaints, maintaining a record of events and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure responses are timely and communicated effectively to the complainants
• Coordinate timely despatch and delivery of orders to customers
• Administer the selection / despatch of samples to customers, maintaining file copies for future reference and filing job bags
• Order and issue stock when required
• Follow up and “chase” approvals
• Some liaison with production teams to expedite orders
