Our client is a well-established and highly respected provider of print and communications solutions, working with an impressive range of customers across multiple sectors.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager who can build strong customer relationships, manage projects from brief to delivery and become a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards, whilst maintaining regular communication with customers and internal teams throughout the process.

Working closely with production, estimating and customer service colleagues, you will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring customer expectations are met and opportunities to strengthen existing relationships are identified.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the customer-facing side of the industry, takes pride in delivering outstanding service and is comfortable managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should possess previous account management experience within the print sector and have a good understanding of print production processes. Experience across general print applications would be beneficial and exposure to direct mail campaigns, fulfilment and mailing solutions would be viewed particularly favourably.
