Our client is a long-established and innovative Large Format Print company with an outstanding reputation for quality, speed of service, and a highly personal touch. With over 40 years of industry expertise, they deliver high-quality printed graphics, manage complex projects, oversee global rollouts, and provide expert installations for prestigious clients across diverse business sectors.

They are now seeking an experienced Print Finisher to join their skilled Production team. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You will play a key part in ensuring projects are finished to the highest standards, supporting the company’s vision to continue leading the way in Large Format Printing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Zund cutting
  • Mounting and laying up of vinyls to various substrates
  • Laminating
  • Vinyl mounting with wrapped edges
  • Banner making (taped hems and eyelets)
  • Stitching silicone edging to fabric
  • Stitching Velcro to media
  • Vinyl cutting, weeding, and app-taping
  • Reboard edging
  • Material preparations
  • Safely packing finished products for delivery
  • Assisting throughout production with day-to-day tasks
  • Adhering to company health & safety procedures
  • Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in large format finishing
  • Methodical, accurate and detail-focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual and well-organised
  • Able to work to deadlines independently or in a team
  • Flexibility to work regular paid overtime

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience with Perspex laser cutting (advantageous, not essential)
  • Experience operating large format printers (advantageous, not essential)
  • Experience with large format graphic installation (advantageous, not essential)
