Print Account Manager

Our client is a global communications giant which helps businesses to deliver extraordinary customer experiences via print and digital channels. This company is continuously ensuring quality and innovation are delivered at the very best value. They are looking for a commercially aware Account Manager with experience in Print to assist them in delivering this exceptionally high service to its extensive list of blue chip accounts.

As Account Manager, your role will be to act as a representative for our client, therefore you must have a professional mannerism and be a confidently effective communicator, to help them build long-term beneficial relationships internally and externally.

1. To respond timely and professionally to all customer requirements, and to work in close partnership with Sales Representatives.
2. To both perform the role and maintain documentation, in accordance with the Account Management Process.
3. To Account Manage all types of work that is produced by the company. To provide quotations where necessary.
4. To work closely and effectively with all internal departments, responding to any queries or issues that may occur during the manufacture of an order.
5. To attend and comply with all training
6. Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies.

In order to fulfil this role, you must be able to lead a team as well as be an active member, with an ability to develop others. You will be a flexible employee, with the ability to manage your own work load, along with proactive planning and organisation skills. An analytical mind, with great numeracy and literacy skills are also important.
