Client Profile:-

Our Client is a sm/med and successful supplier of Printed and Plain Bags mainly to the Promotional sector and they are very active in this market.

One of the reasons for seeking new talent is that they are looking to break into the Retail / Corporate sector where future growth lies.

Our Client is therefore looking to appoint someone who is well qualified in this sector and who knows how it operates and how to get sales.

The successful Candidate would need to bring a certain amount of business with them – but the actual amount is not crucial, it’s the medium term potential that our Client is interested in.

First year sales expectations are very realistic :- £150k > £225k.

They have access to factories that are competitive therefore they are able to give the right tools to work with.

In the future, once the successful Candidate is established the Cient would consider offering the potential of shares in the business based on performance targets.
