Due to investment and company growth, a highly innovative print and mailing company is looking for an experienced Print Finisher. Candidates must have experience with standard finishing equipment including Polar Guillotines, MBO Folders and Duplo Booklet Makers & Creasers.
Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Work to strict quality procedures
- Understanding and ability to work to target driven Key Performance Indicators
- Liaising with the production team to ensure finished work is ready for the next process
- Using own initiative to ensure smooth running within the finishing department
- Proactive approach to work processes, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance the efficiency within the department
Skills Required:
Folding, guillotining, booklet making, creasing
Knowledge of the direct mail industry would be advantageous.
Candidates applying for this role must have strong communication skills – an ability to liaise with and communicate instructions and requirements within the production team to maximum machine efficiency. You must also show great attention to detail – complete work without the need for supervision and to deadlines, striving for highest standards.
