We have an opportunity to join an ever evolving printing company that offers industry leading digital, litho and large format print solutions.
Due to continued growth, they seek a talented Tender Manager with experience in managing complex bid submissions to join their Sales & Marketing Team.
This role will be responsible for:
• Co-ordinating the tender process
• Writing RFI & RFP tender responses that clearly articulates the value proposition.
• Managing OJEU/public sector tenders
• Running thorough tender research utilising external search, database & internal
knowledge resource
• Compiling competitor analysis
• Tracking and coordinating incoming Invitations to RFPs/RFIs and RFQs
• Responsible for the preparation of commercial response to bids and proposals
• Reviewing tender requirements, communicate to the teams, define and thoroughly
manage submission deadline schedules
• Identifying and re-working existing pre-written content where relevant
• Creating, maintaining and keeping up to date the bid library
• Working on projects not directly related to proposal/tender response, including but not
limited to process improvement, business development opportunities.
• Developing customised reports, as required, and distributing sales pipeline reports to
management on scheduled dates
• Case studies (jointly with Marketing)
The type of candidate we are looking for will have previous tender managing and writing experience along with the ability to demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, organisational skills, creativity and ability to work on multiple projects.
