Studio Manager

We are seeking a diverse professional to manage and oversee people, equipment, workflow & quality assurance within the studio of a large-scale operation. Primarily, the purpose of this role is to be responsible for assessing, interpreting, and prioritising and a range of printed communications projects. You will help to deliver work for clients on brand, on time and within budget.
We are looking for an analytical individual and a keen problem solver who can see the bigger picture – improving production standards, workflow and innovation where necessary. A keen eye for detail is also highly important, as it will be your job to review design work from a quality-control perspective ahead of it reaching clients.
The ideal candidate will also be a self-assured, confident communicator, developing relationships with key stakeholders and throughout the business.
